Martin Allen OSSM (Dip) MISRM
Martin is an enthusiastic therapist with a level 5 diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy, gained at Oxford School of Sports Massage. His soft tissue skills include a range of techniques to assist in increasing range of movement and reducing pain and dysfunction. he is qualified to provide postural and injury assessment and advice, kinesiology taping and acupuncture for sports injuries.
Having been an active member of Overton Harriers & AC, Martin has assisted the junior coaching team at the club and has been the Race Director of the Hurstbourne Tarrant 5 Mile Race, since inception. Having previously worked in an office environment and with an interest in gardening, he is aware of the range of musculoskeletal issues caused by overuse in sport or everyday life. Martin has experience of working with a range of clients undertaking a variety of sports and occupations.
